I/O pad library for AMI 0.6u process

Hi,

I am doing a op-amp design using Cadence 6.1. The technology i am using is ami 0.6u from NCSU. Can anybody tell me where can i find the I/O pads for the same? I searched the web but coudn't find anything.

The NCSU CDK kit should include these I/O pads:
# MOSIS wirebond pads (HP 0.6um; AMI 0.6um; TSMC 0.40um) , s. **broken link removed**

**broken link removed**'s an overview of a 0.5µm AMI I/O pad lib (via MOSIS) from Tanner. Don't know if it might help.
