PONDERBOY said:I recommand you to read gray's book:<analysis and design of analog integrated circuits>
yaxazaa said:read books, practice small designs, starting from current reference/voltage reference, the amplifer. Building youself good fundymental on Opamp. Then choose one area: PLL, ADC/DAC, Filter, Power Management, etc. Need learn good tools as well.
bimbla said:I think you should start with semiconductor theory. Know how and why a diode is built, then transistors, then other semiconductor devices.
Know your devices well before you use them to build circuits.
A fantastic book for begginers is Electronics Design and Circuits by Allen Mottershed.
Also be in a group which 'talks' Analog. This will also help a lot.
Then start asking questions and building small circuits on breadboard.
