How to introduce DC offset in my analog voltage monitoring circuit in my design

Hi,
I need to interface a DC singal whose value will in the range of -2.5V to +2.5V to an ADC which can accept only positive input. Please suggest me how the offset can be introduced? If you have please provide the schematics.

Hi,
You can follow the link;

Look at "Differential amplifier" schematic placing R2 = 30k and other resistor to be 10k should work with V1 is -2.5 to 2.5V and V1 is fixed 5V. It will give you 5 - 0V output for -2.5V - 2.5V input range.
