in some cases, you need to copy gunzip to uncompress as root to make some scripts work.

I have managed to run NCSU kit also on Linux 7.3 and 8.0. They work perfectly.

i also meet that problem before, that is because you havn't give the install program the files for the specified platform, like linux

no problem runing in 7.3, just follow the install document, you can run it

I think you can try SuSE pro linux v9.0.
It's better.

hello,
I am using syn_2002.05 on linux7.0. but it gives me an error when I try to analyze verilog designs:
Verilog option not available.

Even though VHDL designs work. I have removed LSI features from the license file as suggested by some people. but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions.
