How to edit Gerber file

Hi,
I'm using Altium designer for PCB design. I need to edit the Gerber file specifically for stencil making. My PCBs are smaller in size, so I can combine multiple paste layers in a single file to make a gerber file. I'm getting frameless stencils from JLC PCB and they are allowing to combine multiple PCBs for stencil making.

What software I can use to edit (combine) gerber files? I'm not going to use the software to make the fabrication file so I'm looking for a free version. Is there any free software available to do this?

I believe Altium CAMtastic Gerber editor can do what you want.

Just out of interest how are you going to align your PCB's with the stencil?
