I tried to find out the list in several ways such as looking into the file"tsmc018_tt.scs" in unix and trying to editing the file in EDA. But, it never appeared... Please give me your advice.
run the simulation, then go to results->annote->operation points, you will see the parameter.
Or you can use the calculator, then click on "OP", then the device you are interested in, you will see what you want.
Choose Results/Print/DC Operating Points or Results/Print/Model Parameters in Analog Artist. To view DC Operating point u should turn on Save DC Operating Point for DC Analysis.
Re: How to display a list of device model parameters in cade
If you open the device properties you will find out all the spice parameters. But it has to have SPICE parameters because sometimes it is models only for PCB and not for simulation. There is a text file that you can also change or you can create from the begining if you want to have a new model.
