How to design power divider network ?

I would like to design Microstrip array antenna for radar application. For that I have to design power divider netwok and phase shifter.
How to design power divider netwok for 10 element array? for this I required 10 different amplitudea at the input. Anyone knows how to
taylor series in matlab. by using it I can calculate amplitudes.
