how to assign effective bit rate in matlab

hello,my problem is i want to assign effective bit rates to each of k mobile nodes attached with N access points in a WLAN.i m trying to initialize first node value as 11MBPS and varying 10 bits for each of other nodes.i want it in a N row k column matrix form.Plzz hellpp...regards SUCHI.
