horizontal white lines problem in Hitachi CRT TV..

Finally Solved the problem, Problem was R751 (56k ohm in ACL line). Its value was about 500K ohms.. I changed it. Now everything is ok.. Fillay I used betwixt's method to clear the picture ind improve the picture quality. Thank for all that helped me to solve this problem. I have learned lots of things from your replies.. Thank you very very much...

I will also find out same problem in samsung crt tv model cb-5081z,
replaced all electro. Capacitors in vertical section & video output supply.
Then after i checked & found that the out put voltage of b-video is >60v...
Is video ic tda6103q will be faulty???
