LM5113 and its newer release are specifically for GaN. Look into the datasheet and see that the high side driving circuitry has UVLO & clamp. No other Si-intended driver has the "clamp" part. Undershoot can give problems to a GaN. Not so critical to a Si-based semiconductor.I only ever heard of this IC through your post... it never crossed my life before. It seems that nearly every piece of equipment that needs such a high/low side driver uses the IR2110 or one of its siblings. And those do work very well, as long as very short pulses or short delays aren't needed, and they are still going strong.
