[HFSS] Add a space between two objects

Hello,

I am designing an antenna and I would like to surround my radiator (red/pink surface) with a rectangle all over the substrate leaving a 5 mm gap between the two surfaces. A colleague's telling me to add rectangles around manually but is there any automated function?
