I am a third year student of electrical engineering.I want to do a project in analog VLSI design.Could you suggest me some topics for the project??

start with small and simple projects.


Like Cascode Current Mirrors
Charge Pump
Schmitt Trigger
characterization of Flip flops
Amplifier Design

there are lot of topic that may be your final projects
