[SOLVED] Help with PIC16F877A!

What voltage is the PIC getting? a 7805 has a dropout of at least 2V!

It's something around 5.04-06V. I think there's no 7805 that outputs 2V.
 

You misunderstand, if a 7805 is supplied with only 6v, because of its voltage drop out, it may supply 5V at a very low current but it will not be regulating the output. You would be better of with a series resistor and a zener if you want to run the circuit at 6V
