Hey I'm a newbee in antenna and filter designing. I want to design a basic circular/square loop resonator ( for a bandpass filter design ).
I am designing in CST MWS and have the infomartion about substrate height and the material. What I want to know is how do we calculate the parameters in the filter deisgn like for a square loop resonator, what is:
1. The side length
2. The width of each side
3. Width of the coupled input/output lines
4. Distance between the feed lines and resonator

I have searched the whole internet for a conventional design parameter design but failed to find one. If someone can guide me through this I'd be really grateful.

Thanks.
