Help me realize a buffer with these specs

how to realize a buffer :

1) the dc voltage follower

2) the hign input resister and the low output resister

3) the ac gain is about 1

You usually use an Opamp for this. An opamp with unity gain configuration

where does your design been used?low-power ,high-resolution or high speed?I am sure that have many different consideration.
