Having issues creating schematic library.

When running the create schematic library Altium complains that the Library Reference is the same but the internal structure is different for a large number of components.

I received the schematic and the PCB completely laid out, with a request to make some modification. I did not receive a PCB(foot print), or schematic library files..

I created the PCB foot print file from the PCB (create PCB library), then ran the create schematic library, this is when Altium complains about the references being the same.

Is there something wrong with the schematic?

Any suggestions?

Post the error message it would be better to suggest something
