for example look to websites of TEXAS Instruments, ANALOG Devices or LINEAR Technologies.

Register there and then you can use the support and communities for design.

I think the most important journal is the IEEE JSSC and its related symposia and conferences (s. at the bottom of this Wiki article).

Unfortunately not cheap, all of them :-(

Since you are here in the analog and mixed signal design section, This is what my Professor recommends for high quality Journals and conferences when focusing on analog and mixed signal design. It could be different in other peoples opinions.

Conferences if you have working Silicon/measurement results required, in order best to worst, (same numbers mean about = in quality)
1. ISSCC
2. ESSCIRC
3. VLSI sym
3. CICC
4. Asian ISSCC

Journal are
1. JSSC
2. TCAS1
3. TCAS2

Conferences besides top 5 also known as circuits and system (CAS) conferences

1. ISCAS
2. MWSCAS
3.BioCAS
4.NewCAS
