I suggest the following much more meaningful question for the interview: "Would you like sugar or cream with that double espresso?"If this can be figured out I will ask such kind of question for the person who I give an interview.
And with the caffeination out of the way you can then proceed to ask other meaningful questions. Like oh I don't know ... how about: "How would you handle a clock domain crossing?". That gives the victi^H^H^H^H^Hcandidate the opportunity to highlight several scenarios. Unless of course it's all a test and what you are really testing is if the candidate has sufficient people skills to point out to you that your question is silly and are there any of those biscuits left?
