hi, all,

pls recommend me some materials about BiCMOS analog integrated circuit design.

Thanks in advance!

kind regards,

See these books in Upload/Download

Analog BiCMOS Design. Practices and Pitfalls by Daly and Galipeau
Analysis and Design of Analog Integrated Circuits by Gray
Bipolar and MOS Analog IC Design by Grebene

in <<analog BiCmos design>>, it only introduces bipolar and cmos design respectively, no mixed design introduced. where i can find the materials of mixed (bipolar and cmos) design. thanks.

i think there are not many book spcial in bipolar and cmos mixed design.
you can only learn that from many other books and papers.

learn the device first bipolar conventinal Bipolat n HBT only speed diff.. other design tech. remain the same

Hi Wonbef,

Attached is the BiCMOS notes that you are looking for. Hope with this notes, it will help you to start the design.

Suria

It is a nice books for bicmos design.

I find some bicmos book.it only discuss cmos "or" bipolar.
But in bicmos process,we need the cmos and bipolar device in one circuit (OPA.Comparator...)

I also want to refer the BiCMOS book, but how to downlaod?
I'm a beginner.

Thx
