Ethernet 802.3 Add-on Module Design

I want to design Ethernet 802.3 Addon Module with following features,

Hardware

1) 10/100 MBPS ethernet chip + configuration eeprom ( may be from Si Lab )
2) Microcontroller ( may be ARM7 from NXP/Phillips )
3) Uart Interface to Host Micro controller

Software

1) TCP/IP
2) WebServer
3) Custom Application

Please Guide me for developing above module.

I want good ethernet Controller with 10/100 PHY with 8/16 bit databus interface.

I also want to know whether I can do I/O Map for interfaceing with ethernet controller ( I am using NXP LPC21XX series microcontroller )
