Electric Circuit problem

So we solve simple AC circuits same as DC circuits, it's the same rule, after transient time the inductor is shorted and the capacitors is open, just that in AC the first thing to do is to transfer all elements of the circuit in complex, right? then apply kirchhoff to the in-complex circuit elements(resistors, inductors, etc.) in order to solve the circuit like in DC.
Well, I thanks alot for clarification about AC circuits.

By the way , do you know , how to analyze the transient time effect ? it is very important . try to learn about that ( and it is very simple and sweet !!!!!)
Good luck
