Hello, I downloaded this package, but the DRC shows some error, what is this kind of clearance error? Thanks.

Check your project clearance rules. They are apparently not appropriate for SMD components.
 

Thanks. I found my clearance is set too large leading to this problem.

When I set to a normal value, then it is good.
