digital system design using mos

can any one suggest me a decent mini project on any digital system, ilike to do it with SSPICE.

Build an inverter, then build a nand and nor gate..

then try to build X-OR gate,...

Then u cna build a half adder using NAND+INVERTER=AND gate and X-OR gate..

Succedd then u can use the half-adder to build a full adder ciruit..
