Dialog boxes (popout windows) of PADS logic hide part of their functionality

It's only a problem, cause a few popout windows (like the following one) ar'nt resizeable. And this only happens, when you have the program on an extern monitor. Collegues of mine had the same problem, after they upgraded to windows 11. The problem gets less worse, when the zoom level of the extern monitor is increased in the windows display settings.

Already tried:
* make other display to the main monitor
* mess with the default.txt file in the PADSVX.2.8\SDD_HOME\Settings folder
* spent a lot of time searching in the pads logic options

Siemens support tells (KB MG620907):
PADS began supporting the Windows 11 operating system with PADS VX.2.12 which was released on September 12, 2022.

In other words, PADS VX.2.8 is only working by chance.
