How to design a series and paralle resonance RLC circuit for a frequency of 100khz with values of R,L and C.

Throw away the R, pick a Value for one of the L or C components, and calculate the other component's value. At resonance magnitude of the reactance of the L equals same of the C.

2*Π*f*L=1/(2*Π*f*C)

Don`t throw away the R in case you want a certain bandwidth which only can be determined by the value of R.
