methodology design

hi everyone; i have about 6 months lerning analog design, but I feel that i don't have any strategy for the design and that is why it seems to be a very complex problem, i would like to ask to more experience designers for tips, o better, design methodologies that make it easy and safeme time. In this moment i am designing a folded cascode opamp, if anyone had work in this, please tell how do you do. thanks.

Re: methodology design

I hope if u are working with folded cascode u are aware of how the other basic amplifiers work i.e. common gate, common source, common drain and simple differential amplifier.

goto the following site:
https://webcast.berkeley.edu/courses/archive.html?prog=6&group=58
here you have online lectures of analog design by Dr Borderson of Berkely.
See them and learn
I hope it helps.
