Create a standard cells library

Dear ALL,

I wish to seek for some more information about creating a Standard Cells Library.

I did some search in web and also this forum. Found some releated document and comments about this topic.

Did any experts here mind to share his/her experience? like what need to be consider, what should expected at the end, how much time will need to complete a standard cells library (normally), any good references books, .....etc
