hi all, i have a VCSO from crystek and i would like to design the circuitry around it (i.e. capacitors and resistors or other necessary components). are there any recommendations on notes i could read or anywhere i could learn to design such a circuit for my application.

Dear kcinimod
Hi
Where is your schematic ? if you attach it , we can help you at best way .

If you use a complete encapsulated clock oscillator, the only required specifications is the DC voltage (usually +5V) and the output type indicated in data sheet. I would only recommend to use a 5 uF capacitor from Vcc to GND. Nothing else is needed to operate the "can".
If the device also has an "enable" input, follow the data sheet. If there is a "tuning voltage" input, again follow the data sheet.
