Can anyone please put a spot light on how circuits are desgined using FinFETs especially digital design using standard cells. How we choose number of fins in a standard cell, what characteristics it impact.

Any book any research paper? Plesae share.

We design like we've always done before. Only that you can't choose any L and instead of W, you have discrete number of fins. So fin values, usually from 2 to 20 correspond to discrete values of W.
