varactor cmin

Hi;

I am trying to use the capacitance of MOSCAP as a varactor in a VCO deisgn.

For a DC sweep, the MOSCAP capacitance changes and can be simulated. I have gone through some paper but i cant understand as how to characterize a MOSCAP capacitance for the case where there is a control voltage and an oscillating voltage at the second node. Some papers mention that an Effective capacitance can be calculated using the amplitude of voltage swing, Cmin, Cmax and control volatge. But i dont understand as how to characterize the capacitance against Control voltage along with an oscillating voltage.

Thanks
