Cap on bias nets of current mirror

Hi ,

I often see that filter caps added on bias nets of Pom’s current mirror are tied to supply on other end , why not to Ground what difference does it make , please help me understand this

The gate-source voltage is regulating the current. If the source is connected to Vdd (as in your circuit) and you filter to ground, supply voltage changes will change the output current.
