Can you explain to me how will the system will work. Site some situational examples and (why are those two FM txmitters there?)

it will be put on designated building...
it will be supply by a battery coz its wireless..
then can be activated by presing the button..then send a signal to the recever
to activate the alarm..

I have made one of the digital clock just using TTL ic's and tested running,
