Biasing Cascode + resistive load

I have a pretty easy question: What is the proper way to bias a cascode with resistive load?

Clearly I can play around with R and W and the voltages to get a desired drain current but to my understanding the proper way to bias in analog IC design is to use current sources/mirrors.

Specifically, I want to bias the following circuit to get a certain drain current (how to generate Vb1 and Vb2?):




It is a CG (at RF) + cascode. Instead of just using resistors I put them in a way they have only effect differentially.

For Vb1 and Vb2 I can use a simple a wide swing cascode current mirror (like




but this only works if the drain current is very small (possibly because drain of cascode is not low impedance).

You can do a replica bias. You don't need to use inductance in the replica as the inductance is short for DC.
