can I design a bandgap of 0.2V?
or how can I get a 0.2V reference voltage with zero tempureture coefficient

Re: bandgap design

hi
here i have to attached ur request

bandgap design

You can first design a bandgap reference, 1.2V for example, and then by a voltage follower and a resistor divider, you can get what you want, here you should pay attention to the resistor divider you used, all the resistors should be the same type, then the temperature coefficient of the resistors can be eliminated.

hope it helps!

Re: bandgap design

Thanks. I have design a circuit with resistor divider the voltage, and output 0.2v with zero temperiture coefficient.
