at91sam7s: help me writing a code !

at91sam7 header file keil

hi all,
I am a newb I am trying to do a project using the atmel sam series chip. I dont know where to start coding and stuff. I hav downloaed quite a few simulators like keil, realview etc. But in keil i cud not get the header file(something like at91sam7s64.h). I am trying to write my first code. pls help.

DKarm 1.5 has this header -at91sam7s64.h and .lib file too
