i want to implement a 155MHz TIA(transimpedence amplifier) with 0.6um mixed cmos process. Have anyone point to me if any issue of it?, especially for noise, etc...

thanks

Have a look at this book.

it is the book
High Speed CMOS circuits for optical receivers

Hi,

Achieving 155Mhz with the 0.6um process is very possible. Now, when you talk about noise, i would say it all depend on the way on how u design the circuit and at the same time of course I do agree that the advancement in the current techologies which the process are going to nano meter, the noise could be controlled. You can try a few architecture like common gate which have fewer noise contributions in the TIA input referred noise calculations.
