Analog bandpass filter

Hi;

I am looking for some reference on the design of Analog Bandpass filters. I need to design the filter at 40Hz. And the filter needs to be around 7th order. Is it physically realizable.

Thanks,

Re: Analog bandpass filter

Hi AWAN,
"around 7th order" means: 6th or 8th order (only even order for band pass).
Normally, such a filter is designed as a passive LC ladder topology.
The structure and the element values can be derived from filter design programs, for example: AADE.com (it´s for free) .
