Circuit Design Engineer (Ref: CD-01)
Responsibilities
- Implementation of analog and mixed-signal modules for wireless products
- Definition of concept, circuit design and verification of e.g. LNAs. Mixers, DCOs, ADC, DAC, high linearity
filters and amplifiers, high speed serial interfaces
- Guidance and supervision of the layout creation of own modules
- Development of test- and debug-concept and support of test program development
- Lab characterization of modules
- Work in an international and interdisciplinary team'
Qualifications
- University: Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology required
- Main focus on microelectronics or telecommunication engineering desired
Work experience at least 3 years
* CAD skills required
* Unix skills desired
* Experience with Analog/Mixed-Signal circuit design, circuit simulation and lab analysis required
* Experience with Cadence CAD tools and CMOS technology desired
* Programming skills desired
* Ability travel for prolonged periods (weeks) outside Egypt.

Junior Circuit Design Engineer (Ref: CD-02)
Responsibilities
- Implementation of analog and mixed-signal modules for wireless products
- Circuit design and verification of e.g. LNAs. Mixers, DCOs, ADC, DAC, high linearity
filters and amplifiers, high speed serial interfaces.
- Guidance and supervision of the layout creation of own modules
- Work in an international and interdisciplinary team'
Qualifications
- University: B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology required

Layouter for high-frequency circuits (Ref: PD-02)
Responsibilities:
• Custom layout of complex high-frequency circuits of all common mobile radio standards for transmitting and receiving chips of mobile phones
• responsible for the timely completion of layouts of high complexity in modern CMOS
technologies in compliance with all layout, technology, assembly and quality rules
• Coordination of functional units of a chip (eg PLL, PGC) with up to 5 layout engineers
• Communicate plans for high-frequency switching-critical requirements
• implementation of the complete layout verification in compliance with quality requirements,
and if necessary, communicate the results with layout, technology, ESD-expert
• joint inspection of the finished layouts by circuit designers and layout engineers.
• Delivery of work results to the corresponding layout macro managers
• Documentation of all work and verification results
Qualifications:
1- B.Sc. in Electronics engineering
2- 0-4 years of relevant experience.
3- Ability to travel for extended periods (few months) outside Egypt.
4- English proficiency, both written and spoken, is a requirement
Physical Design Project Coordinator for high-frequency circuits (Ref: PD-01)
Responsibilities:
• Custom layout of extremely complex high-frequency circuits of all common mobile
radio standards for transmitting and receiving chips of mobile phones
• Technical and personnel management of a layout team: personnel management,
employee assessment and implementation of employee reviews, suggestions for content development,
• technical supervision and coordination of layout-large-scale projects with up to 50 layout
designers (technicians and engineers)
• Preparation of layout plan project: planning , work packages, and resource requirements and allocation.
• Tracking of project progress and reporting to the project satus, participation in project
reviews and Task Forces
• Detailed definition of the chip partitioning with the boundary conditions manufacturability,
high-frequency signal routing, separation of power supply, signal shielding, routing of
digital control signals in close coordination with design engineers and circuit
• Initiation and implementation of layout reviews
• implementation and evaluation of the final full chip verification, including the final
decision on the remaining errors of verification checks, proactively consult flow with
technology and design experts
• Advice and support colleagues in technical problems
• Conduct testing of new tools and writing guides for colleagues
• Training of colleagues in new technologies and new verification methods
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in physical design of high frequency circuits.
- Experience in advanced layout in advanced packages.
- Experience in layout verification of large chips.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Ability to travel for prolonged periods (weeks) outside Egypt.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken is a must.
