That's correct - however, the circuit as shown in post#7 has a gain of +11. This should work in principle.

no it wont work. the circuit wil go to saturation practically! Vcc should be increased! then it will work.

It's funny. The circuit drawing on my screen in post#12 shows +-12 volts. This should be sufficient for 0.3*10=3 volts output swing.
Do you refer to another circuit?

In your previous post, you referred to the circuit in post 7. I presume that was just a typo, but explains the confusion.
 

Thank you all the circuit is working and I have integrated that to the system. I have a query which I have posted it as a new post.
