One of our designers created a new PCB layout. All of the pads and vias have what looks like a solder paste on them instead of the typical hole with a annular ring around it. It wouldn't be so bad if the net name wasn't obscured. This persists even when a new project is created on a different computer using just the schdoc and pcbdoc files. I have been through all of the Preference settings and forums and have not found anything related. I have a jpg screen shot but I'm still researching how to post it here.
