[SOLVED] 8051 development board

You have to install the device driver that came with the Programmer. Then you can use the programmer to program the chip on the dev board. The board you are using is from NSK electronics. The dev board has UART and it doesn't need any driver.

You should also power up the dev board while programming. If your uC comes with bootloader then you don't need USB programmer to burn the hex file. Connect your dev board to PC using COM port and then use necessary software that came with your dev board which can load the hex file to the uC.
 
At last problem solved,
the problem is not with drivers it seems that the p89v51rd2 microcontroller does not need any programmer it has inbuilt bootloader so i used an usb-rs232 cable and the program just flushed into the microcontroller .
