18650 batteries 'extreme' capacity - real mAh values?

When you buy cheap junk from a foreign country then how do you know if it is used or is new? How do you know if the capacity claim is true or is false?
 

The battery tests are excellent.
But how do you know if the battery is real or is a fake?
But how do you know if the protection circuit is real or is simply a photo of a protection circuit?

I have a solar/battery powered calculator. The solar cell is simply a photo of a solar cell.
 


The many batteries tested do not have a capacity anywhere near this one's rated 6000mAh.
It is VERY CHEAP, is sold on E-Bay and is shipped from Hong Kong so it might be fake.
