12 Watt amp with piezo tweeter coupling question

Last night I went to a party where two "400 Watts" speakers were blasting music. The speakers had 12" woofers in large ported enclosures that sounded boomy and muddy and each speaker had three old style Motorola piezo tweeters. The tweeters sounded bad and the entire sound was missing midrange frequencies.
Here is the highly smoothed response of a Motorola piezo tweeter:

OP, aliyesami said he wanted to be used with a 23 KHZ squarewave.
The tweeter might produce a response peak or a response null at the fundamental frequency of 23kHz and probably will not be able to produce any harmonics of the square wave.
The oscillator should be varied a little until a maximum utrasonic sound level is made.

A piezo beeper (with a built-in one transistor oscillator) automatically performs at its maximum output frequency because the piezo has an extra connection for positive feedback.
