goodboy,

feedback voltage must be proprtional (better linear) to switching current.

So, now i' think that the metall-2 layer resistor is the good choice.

Hi
I have another problem ..

1. in BJT process use junction reverse "Cap" have any Cap can be use ?

2. which BJT design book is better
" Bipolar and Mos Analog Integrated Circuit Design"
"bipolar semconductor device"

or any bipolar design reference book ??

Hi,

1.usually p-n junctions under reverse bias are used as capacitors in bipolar process.
But it's also possible to use MOS capasitor, for ex. Me-oxide-n+ emitter.

2.I recommend P.Gray, P.Meyer, Analysis and design of analog IC.
You can gind this book at EDA e-books Upload/Download forum.
