dc/ac inverter with SG3525 with pure sine wave output

how can I have that circuit which gives sine wave output with stable voltage using sg3525
 

You mean like this:

what is +315V means?
haw can I implement it in order to charge the battery(ac/dc) in the case there is main power and then dc/ac converter in case there is no main power (main electrical network from providers ).

Yes this depend from server load pressure.

Consider that standard freq trafo 50Hz for higher power have few kilos for 200-300W, and price is in my country about 30-40eur.
In the market store You have to buy new switcher inverter weight about 1kg and price 30-40eur (500W).
Pay atention on nominal standby current when inverter is attached to battery and no load is present. (200-300W about 0,3A-0,6A).
Also consider that some inteligent inverter can regulate output voltage based and coorelated to consuption power, and lots of standard inverter cannot do this. If battery voltage go low, and on load voltage go low, voltage on output also will be lower not 220V.
Pay attention on sine form: pure sine, modified, square, based on load motors, trafo,... (inductive or resistance)

Correctly calc and make choice for battery banks, or batteries go to heaven.

Prepare desulfatisator devices (lead acid).

yes thank you I saw your shcematic ,now I want the one i can use for charging the battery in case there is a main power ,and then works also as dc/ac inverter in the case the main power is lost.

I do not need individual charger circuits but,I am realizing a dc/ac inverters which is working very well using SG3525 oscillator as driving circuit for the mosfet,now I want to remain with that but adding the capability of charging (in case main power is lost) the same battery through the same transformer.
the transformer I am using is astep up with center tapped.

I am currently designing a inverter from 12-15Vdc to 230Vac aprox. 25va and later on 80va.

I want to us a dc-dc boost converter to boost the input dc to 325Vdc. Then I want to use a microcontroller to make a PWM to make a sine @ 230vac 50Hz.
Im going to boost the 12-15 via a hf-transformer to 325V. I have contacts that can build them for me if I gave him the windings, amps, etc. Im thinking about aprox. 40kHz for the switching frequency.
This voltage is then fed to H-Bridge which is driven by a microcontroller to create a 50Hz sinewave. Can the load be attached between the bridge? For example a lightbulb? Ofcourse some filtering is neccesary to get the hf components out.

Am I thinking in the right direction? Can you give me a hand with this?
Maybe you have some schematics laying around :).

My goal is to make it as small as possible.

Of course my friend, You can do that. Pay attention on core type of HF trafo, to be adequate for that frequency.

Capacitors and coils used for filtering waveform. Filtering phase can be applied to the primary or the secondary side of the transformer or on both sides. Low-pass filters are applied to allow the fundamental component of the waveform to pass to the output while limiting the passage of the harmonic components. If the inverter is designed to provide power at a fixed frequency, a resonant filter can be used.

thanks for the pdfs. They are very helpfull. I will use parts of it. But I will let a microcontroller handel the pwm :).

what changes are needed to make it a 500W inverter?
seems like the output rating depends only on the size of the ferrite core transformer
and of course the mosfets

It was very informative thread. I am also looking for 200 W Inverter Schematic with SG3525 ( 12 VDC to 220 vac Sine wave ) with Battery Charger with Battery Low Indication, Trip and Inverter on indication.
Can I get help from someone, please?

I have made the design like below.




The output of the H-Bridge is working fine. I only have to design the filter to filterout the hf components.
The problem is in the push-pull of the design. making 325V out of 14V4. Its working fine with the core i have got but it goes very slow to 325V and cannot supply a load.
When i add a load the voltage drops rappidly..
Can anyone help designing a core? The cor I am using is of a friend of mine. He tought its should do the job, but :sad:.
