Hi,

I need to design a Subthreshold CMOS Bandgap circuit.
How can I do it?

Rosa

Find here several papers from Giuseppe Iannaccone about this subject, especially: G. De Vita and G. Iannaccone, "A Sub- 1-V, 10ppm/1C, Nanopower Voltage Reference Generator," IEEE J. Solid-State Circuits, pp. 1536-1542, July 2007, and this one.

Hi rosaeidi,

There are several architectures you can use. For instance:

1) Giustolisi, G. et al. A Low-Voltage Low Power Voltage
Reference Based on Subthreshold MOSFETs. IEEE Journal
of Solid-State Circuits (Jan. 2003). Vol. 38, No.1, pp. 151-
154. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.1109/JSSC.2002.806266.

2) Jianping, W. et al. 2005. A Novel Low-Voltage Low-Power
CMOS Voltage Reference Based on Subthreshold
MOSFETs. In Proc of the 6th IEEE Int. Conf. on ASIC
(Shangai, China, October 24-27, 2005). ASICON 2005. 369-
373. DOI: https://dx.doi.org/10.1109/ICASIC.2005.1611340.

3) A Low Voltage CMOS Bandgap Reference without Using an Opamp
Edward K.F. Lee - ISCAS 2009

Giuseppe Iannaccone is from my university...he currently works on subthresholds band gap and nanoelectronic devices simulation...his works could be a nice ref

How can I find his works?
