How to adjust MP3 music file volume level?

I'm stuck between part3 and part4 from rapidshare.
I can't unpack these rars. I have always errors.
What should I do?

Try to download all 10 parts and then unpack them in one run ..

Thaks very much.
Now, when I play back files from HD and this option is unselected: FOLDER OPTIONS - HIDE PROTECTED OPERATING SYSTEM FILES I can see a lot of AlbumArt_{ ....number ..}.jpg, desktop.ini and Folder.jpg files.
Why these files are generated and by what: xp, windows media player, or what?
Of course, when the same MP3 files are played back from a CD or DVD these files are not there and it looks like they are not required.
How to stop (xp, widows media player or god knows what) them?
