how to model simulink AD or DA like analog circuit?

Recently I interested in modeling some block like ADC or DAC.

so I studied simulink modeling last week.

but simple tutorial is not enough for me to realize desired models like DAC etc.

because DAC structure is not simple.

I need some other example or some tutorial or book or papers.. anything!

I want to learn how to model DAC or ADC through simulink.

Do you need to simualte ADC and DAC using simulink.???

If yes, tell me, I have made them before.
