Yeah u can use HFSS to simulate RF MEMS switches .But you cannnot have couplked electromechanical simulations. you can simulate for S-parameters WITH switch CLOSED and switch OPEN. You can use rotate part option in HFSS

I had try out this hfss_examples (hfss_bpf).
On hfss Design/Project Properties there is some 5/6 item thats i couldn't understand to using it (Value, Optimization, Tuning,etc).
Could you help me some tutorial from you, it would be great continuing this hfss_bpf filter.
