Certainly you can sure themselves but such scheme probably blast. ir2153 switching off it is necessary to do quickly and once.

yes, you can ). One IRG4PF50W instead of two IRFP460.

yes, they are ok. Or possible use IGBT with "D" index, like IRG4PC50UD, IRG4PF50WD.

what is the oscillation freq of 2153 using 3.3k and 4700pf on pin 3 and 4

i use 3.3k and 4700pf main Core primary inductance 2.5mh(core T50,ee55,ETD59) is this correct sir Deepone?

If used 900V IGBT like IRG4PF50W that it is not necessary (but 900V IGBT will 30% more heat then 600V IGBT).
In general for half-bridge converter even with 600V keys these TVS is not obligatory components.

As judged by datasheet frequency must be around 42 kHz.

Core primary inductance 2.5mh(core T50,ee55,ETD59) is this correct

I think for half-bridge topology primary inductance must be in 700 - 1000 uH interval. 2,5mH more suits for full bridge.

Hi Andrew
For my opinion you can also use a low value resistor to sense current through the primary of your transformer and then limit it as well .

From your pcb I think you have removed the triac part of the schematic and used a relay . Is it timer operated or according to the charge on the input cap

@Picgak triac sofstart is replace with relay type softstart

I have done audio amplifier (based on LME49830) with such power source too. Quite well, sound loud and clean.
